The traditional New Year's Eve fireworks show at the New Furano Prince Hotel will go on as scheduled, beginning precisely at the stroke of midnight.

However, due to Covid-19, all the other activities that happen before the show have been cancelled. So this year, no snowmobile or snowcat rides, no hot soup, no Yes/No games, etc.

The weather forecast is predicting a very cold night on the 31st, with the current number at -23 C!! That's cold, even for the folks who live here. So if you go, bundle up!
