JR Summer Trains Announced
JR Hokkaido has announced the special summer trains serving Furano this summer.
The Lavender Express will run one round trip each day from Sapporo Station directly to Furano.
The popular Noroko sightseeing train running between Furano and Asahikawa through Biei will run 3 times a day in each direction.
Please note that participants in the bus tour that begins/ends at Furano Station will not return in time to catch the Lavender Express back to Sapporo. In that case, please take one of the regular trains.
There are many routes, variations, dates, tickets, etc., so please consult the JR Hokkaido website for specific information.
