Spring Skiing Fun -- Pond Skimming
Today was the annual Pond Skimming event at the Furano Ski Resort. Always wacky. Always fun. Today, 56 brave souls attempted to cross the chilly pond, and 90% didn't make it! The crowd loved, cuz that's what they came to see.
Even though they got soaked, they still got a cool t-shirt, and lots of applause. The kids got even better prizes like free ski helmets. Hats off to all the competitors.
