Furano Photo Contest
Announcing a photo contest for lovers of Furano!
This one is fun, easy, and free, with actual cash prizes. There's even a junior division for kids under 18, but they only win restaurant vouchers.
Centered around the Japanese love of different seasons, there are three divisions: Summer, Autumn, and Winter, with a total of 15 prizes being awarded.
Photos must be taken in Furano (previous photos OK) and submitted between August 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027. Entries are free and unlimited, and smartphone photos are welcome. Submit your entries via the contest Instagram page (#furanophotocon with a seasonal tag) or via the contest website. Junior division entries must be submitted via the website.
